Hello My daughter has first period and she is just turned 12 years old, its almost 6th day and she is getting small blood stains, Is it normal, Please suggest.

I'm very obese 100 kg and have many health issues like thyroid, fatty liver, gallstone etc. My periods were always regular all my.life buy things are worsening. I have done an NT scan at 14 weeks and 6 days NT is 1.8mm, and it's normal as the doctor said. At the same time, I tested a double marker test, and the result is HCGb: 65.56g/ml and multiple of median: 2.28 PAPP-A result: 2,509.61mU/L and Multiple of Median:0.59. Edward and patau syndrome detected normal, but the down syndrome detected intermediate risk Age Risk(AR): 1.368 Final Risk(FR):1.354. My gynecologist has suggested NIPT, but when I took a second opinion, another doctor suggested an amniocentesis test. Which test should I take? I'm confused. Please help me. My first girl child is 2 years old, and all her reports were normal, and she is a healthy child. Please guide me. I have attached my reports.

I am currently undergoing ovulation induction. My first cycle is completed. But no success. I have 1 child. Doctor said if conception is not happened in 3 ovulation induction cycle, then will go for laparoscopy. When I asked for HSG instead of laparoscopy, she said HSG is not good. I felt Laparoscopy is bit aggressive approach. Because she is asking for laparoscopy just after 7 months of try (4 months naturally + 3 months ovulation induction). Could you please suggest if her approach is correct or it is really aggressive approach to do it this soon? Please help me in this. I am really worried for this. Thank You.
