Pregnancy and Infertility

Dear doctor, Pls find problem below. Based on your responsed i will connect 1 to 1 further here only. I have delivered twin babies on 11 dec 2024, but facing low breast milk supply. I am giving Dexolac stage 1 formula feed. But not satisfied as this causing colic and gas in babies. I want to increase breast milk supply so atleast can make breast feed , formula feed ratio 50:50.

Period like bleeding (medium flow) after 7 days of taking iPill emergency tablet. Took the iPill on the 8th day of period cycle. Regular cycle length is of 27-29 days. Is this period or side effect of the pill? How many days of bleeding is normal?

I had bartholin abscess in April 2023 had drainage. It got cured but after 2-3months I noticed slightly blood in white discharge and it become more frequent after more after any physical activity. Taking antibiotics stops discharge but return after few days if medicine is stopped  now it's regular(3months) with no pain and slight swelling. Culture of discharge is done and it's antibiotic resistance having e coil bacteria. Gynac said I need cyst removal surgery because discharge might be coming from there but I have no problem with that and I don't want surgery. Any suggestions ?

Does medroxyprogestrone causes heavy bleeding compared to progesterone or norethisterone? Could you please let me know on the same
