I have started taking galact granules for supporting milk supply. kindly guide me with any medications for breastmilk increase if possible please

Hello dr. My baby will complete the 3rd month in the next 2 days. My milk supply has almost reduced to 10% from yesterday. Hi after 15 days of medications for RPOC, I went for TVS scan and the following were the impressions- Endometrium thickness is with normal limit, however shows a focal area of RPOC in fundal region. Do I need any surgery like D&C or not needed? Any medicines, please suggest
