Pregnancy and Infertility

I am going through ovulation induction. I took letrozole from day 2 day 6. Today is day 10. ET size is 7mm and follicle size 21mm. Doctor advised to come after 2 days and if there are no rupture then will give injection. Is above ET and follicle size is fine for day 10 ?

What could be the reason for spotting during ovulation. I've been spotting for a few months now, exactly in the middle of the cycle , between 12 to 14 days . Is it normal? No thyroid, periods are regular with normal flow.

Please tell me how to take care of a mother during postpartum. We mother's absolutely take care of baby but how a mother should be. In our tradition we put socks, sweaters, scarfs and do not touch cold water and all. Is that necessary. How many days should we take care.

I've been suffering from irregular periods. Cramps are mild generally, can be reduced by taking only hot water bag and no medicines. Im in my first trimester. Does loud sounds/noises or loud music or someone fighting does  noise all this souds or noises affect unborn baby? can baby get deaf of hearing dsyfunction during first trimester?

Hello Doc I am trying for baby but I have noticed since last month soon after 14th or 15th days of my last period I get this burning sensation in my stomach even though I drink 2-3 litres of water juice glucose, can you pls help me out what exactly could be the cause??
