Pregnancy and Infertility

I've been suffering from irregular periods. Cramps are mild generally, can be reduced by taking only hot water bag and no medicines. My period cycles since last one year  is mentioned below:- 27.02.2023 after 35 days 03.04.2023 after 35 days 12.05.2023 after 39 days 12.06.2023 after 31 days 6.07.2023 after 24 days 11.08.2023 after 36 days 18.10.2023 after 68 days 21.12.2023 after 64 days 30.01.2024 after 40 days Please suggest me what should i do? Is it normal or should i go for any tests?

Im in my first trimester. Does loud sounds/noises or loud music or someone fighting does  noise all this souds or noises affect unborn baby? can baby get deaf of hearing dsyfunction during first trimester?

I am being diagnosed for bilateral ovarian endometrioma. Doctor suggested me Uprize D3 60k for calcium supplements once in a week. I mistakenly ordered Uprise D3 2k. Do I continue same way once in a week or twice?

Hi doctor, I have 27 days cycle length. Today is my 19th day of cycle. Since yesterday night, I am having abdominal cramps and sometimes Pickering pain. I am confused about whether it is ovulation pain or implantation pain. Period started on 4th February.

Hello Doc I am trying for baby but I have noticed since last month soon after 14th or 15th days of my last period I get this burning sensation in my stomach even though I drink 2-3 litres of water juice glucose, can you pls help me out what exactly could be the cause??

Hi, my cousin recently had a miscarriage at 12weeks and post that she had a irregular bleeding and spotting in between and did not stop for more thag 20days. After ET scan the observations are "thickness 7.7mm with minimal intracavity fluid with focal polypoid towards right fundus measuring 7x5x6mm" is this a problem for future. There was no medication or advice prescribed, what has to be done for this please help
