Recently my anger levels increases and my sleeping pattern changes . Do you think it affects my period . I got periods regularly in a month but sometimes it may come beyond the period date that is after five days. For the past six months I slept late at night and my diet is also not good so it may impact my periods or pcod or thyroid may be the problem. But I got my period regularly only problem is blood flow it reduces from 6 to 4 days and also some months it delays my period after the date that is only five days I want to know the reason
