I am experiencing cramps after 10 days of my period occurence. This time my period was very painful. I have experienced abdominal pain for 4 days continuously and even after periods has stopped intermittently I am experiencing cramps. What might be the issue?

I had one abortion on 5th week by taking abortion tablets under prescription of a gynaecologist. Post day 8 of abortion, my doctor asked me to go for ultrasound scan to check if everything clear. She confirmed the abortion is successful and there are no RPOC. My question is can 5th week of abortion by taking abortion pill lead to fallopian tube blockage? If I go and read this in google, it is quite misleading as google is full of lots of wrong information. So, using this platform to get thus clarify from professional doctor. Please help in this. How can I identify that I am bleeding because of my period or because of rpoc?? Any sign that we know it's period blood or rpoc is the region of blood not period.

My Afi is 6.9cm at 24 weeks 2 days....is there any risk for the baby??? I have already taking argipreg sachets from 1 month but it is decreasing as it was afi 8 at 20 weeks... i don't understand whats the problem?? Also i have high resistance blood flow in both uterine arteries...

My last period ended on 16 February 2024. Today morning i woke up with diarrhea and at evening suddenly i started having left side pelvic pain. Its not very painful but as i move i can feel pain. At night i started noticing brown color stain on my underwear and now i am having very bright red to orange bleeding. Bleeding is not like periods. Its enough to stain my clothes but not enough to be called periods. The bleeding and pain is still there. This is first time this happened to me.
