My friend visited a new Gynac in absence of her regular one for a scan. Due to her lower rate of rise in
beta HCG, the new Gynac asked her to take an HCG injection as it has no side effects. She couldn't think of anything else and took it.
Now, she's sceptical to inform her regular Gynac when she comes back that she took an injection without her consultation which needs to be repeated. Her regular Gynac doesn't favour excessive medication unnecessarily.
1. Can she simply stop HCG injection and not take it again ever?
2. Should she inform her regular Gynac about this and ask her to give her the next dose as she may feel bad that she didn't consult her and took it?
3. Is it necessary to take multiple doses or just one is fine and can be stopped?
