I have a sudden bout of breathlessness last night ( laboured kind of breathing) SPO 2 levels are 97-98. I went for Certain tests. ECGs were normal and trop I too. My bicarbonate came at 19.78. A month ago my bio carbonate level was 23. Is it acidosis ? I have been feeling fatigued for whole day.

I have PTH - 184, S. Calcuim-9. 3, mg/dL,S.Phosphorus-3.0mg/dL, 25-OH Vitamin D (Total) 64.2 ng/mL, I have diagnosis with nephrocalconisis but my kft report is normal. please suggest me is anything is serious & how to control pth

Male.age 65 hiv+ from 20 years on maintenance tablet . Kidney dialysis started from December 2023 15th Day by day dialysis. Creatine levels reached less than 2.8 in tests. Can he stop dialysis and maintain on drugs ?

Hi Doctor, My Creatinine level is 1.3 which is higher than normal, is there any issue or it is normal? Symptoms: Having Dry mouth due to this consuming more water content because of this Frequently urinating like 17times per day Sugar , Liver all test reports are normal. Right renal few concentrations in ultrasound report ? Is it OK? And s creatinine is 0.52mg/dl .. need any treatment

My mother's ultrasound report says Lower pole of right kidney shows an exophytic cystic lesion measuring approx. 14.8 x 8.5 mm, the nature of which cannot be ascertained. 5 years ago, she had kidney stone problem which was treated... Please anyone can help to understand?

Hi doctor, I am a kindney patient. Since last 1.2 year i am taking dialysis thrice a week. Earlier my blood urea n creatinine both was out of limit. But now my blood urea is under control that is 39 and but creatinine is still 9.2. So my question is blood urea coming under control after taking some medicine and also urine output is increased little bit     is that a good sign from kidney??

Since 10 days my urine output is less and very much concentrated.i am drinking 3.5 liters if water then frequency is more but flow is less .can someone suggest

My father got AkI after diarrhoea and he has to go through 4/5 dialysis session as his creatinine went to 9 but now he is recovering and creatinine is in downward trend..but after coming to 3.2 it is getting decreased very slowly..earlier every week it was getting decreased by point 1 but now after 3 weeks it has come down to 3.15 from 3.21. Please suggest ,is recovery in its normal trend or slow.will it be coming back to normal?

My 5 months son has urine infection (full field pus cells with 3+ albuminuria) and ultrasound has hydronephrosis of one kidney, one kidney is normal. After starting antibiotic for one week, now child is having 4-5 pus cells but protein is still 3+. Pls tell why protein is not getting better. Thanks
