Hello doctor I am 19 years old and I am suffering from problem of excessive negative thoughts from about 3 years now every day I have a lot of negative thoughts and this started 2 years when I was in class 12 and I did not know how to drive a motorcycle and I felt bad about that and then it just became a permanent thought in my head and I used the think that I am useless and I should not live and now even when I try to stop and resist I just can't it feels like my brain is automatically generating negative thoughts of it's own.It seems like my brain is extracting all bad incidents from my past.and evryday i get frustated and sometimes i feel like i loose control of my body and i just want to hurt myself or break things around me/punch a wall/window to take out my frustrations.I feel that i should kill myself and not live anymore and this usually happens for a small time like 15 to 20 mins sometimes a bit longer than but after that i return to normal. but the thought of death come daily

Which medicine can be taken before MRI for a patient who has lot of anxiety? I already take METAPROL xl 25 mg to control my rate but I need one more med for tomorrow's MRI... I have to get from diagnostic centre so I need to take medicine on my own at home I have etizolam 0.5 mg lying at home.. will it help me calm down? Plz suggest

Why i feel anxious and depressed nowadays...sometimes I'm happy but sometimes i feel like i don't want to live...please help

I am ongoing treatment of depression. Prescription - Nexito 10 ( 1 Tab in morning) Venla XR 37.5 mg ( 1 capsule in morning) Clonazepam 0.5 mg ( 1 tab in night) . My dog has bitten me 1 day before and I want to take vaccine of Rabies in Govt Hospital . Will it affect my mental health anyhow?

Taking a vacciNe shot of covid19 could make sone sleepless and stressed , can tHe person take some sleeping pills for 2- 3 days .

I am having methylphenidate since 26 feb,as I diagnosed with adult adhd.but I missed out my dose for one day as it started effected my sleeping,and cause headache.earlier I  slept for 6 hours with unfreshed mood but today I just slept for 2 hours only,also my arms are quite filled with pain after taking methylphenidate on 28 feb in 4pm afternoon.now I want to know should I take clonazepam for along with adhd medication also can I restart my dose again?. from tommorrow for the consistency of medicine effect.,as I took it randomly in a day

I felt panic attack sometime that I getting died that I could not breathing and my chest is jam but it occasionally happening once in a month .no particular time mostly in night and at that time all body paining.not feeling good all time .always staying in tension etc

She is suffering from OCD for 5-7 years. She repeats every activity many times. Once she start something then makes it habbit like drinking water by counting, going upstairs and downstairs many times without work. Always remain in confusion state.

I read side effects of placida 10 mg they showing urinary retention in on of side effects does anything worry? It safe for my kidneys dr prescribed me this medicine pls tell me side effects disappear after some days or stays
