Hello doctor, If someone is to about to leave Venlafaxine and coming from 75mg currently on 37.5 mg twice a day then the last dose before leaving should be 37.5 once a day or can be stopped anytime at 37.5 twice a day instead?

I have overthinking problem.24/7 I always think negative,also about my past and future.I dont know how to overcome this problem

Hi Doctor I am on librium , baclofen and zolfresh 10mg medication from 1 week. I feel tremors when I stop these . Last drink I took 2 weeks back (15 days ). How long will it take to get complete sober and out of tremors and alcohal withdrawl symptoms. Even if I do heavy exercise or play long time badminton I start shivering and get tremors Should I continue doing gym or play badminton ? Any further advise will be high appreciated.

I am ongoing treatment of severe depression since last 50 Days. My medicine is as following -Nexito 10 ( 1 Tab Morning) Venla XR 37.5 Mg ( 1 cap Morning) Clonazepam 0.5 Mg ( 1 Tab night) Today I left my home some urgent work and not going to return till 10 pm in night. I have forgotten Nexito and Venla in morning . What to do now? Can I take Nexito and Venla in night with Clonazepam??

I dont know how psychiatrist diagnosed disorder.whenever I went for a psychiatrist.I couldn't able to talk with them.as I feel uncomfortable,or confused ,also due to their dominating nature toward me.thats why right diagnose never come. I want doctor who understand my feeling and talk me politely as I am very shy person

I started having clonazepam since 1 week of 0.25MD by doctor prescription.but I am unable to sleep, when I start taking clonazepam 0.5MD.I am feeling headache what is the reason of it
