Sudden mood swings. At a moment she loves her parents and after a day or so she starts talking to me and doesn't respond well to parents or sometimes ignores me and starts loving parents. Headaches, strange behaviour or change in behaviour in few minutes. Mood changes specially after sleep. Keep thinking about old issues. Confused in making decisions. Mood changes and then becomes stubborn to do a particular thing and then again mood swing.

I am not able to sleep at nights alone and i feel like some one is watching me over and i put on my room lights. Some times i feel paralysed at nights while getting bad dreams and i feel so annoyed and feared about that. I have been feeling like this from the past 5 yrs. Can you please help me out??

Whenever I'm using my phone and I receive any incoming calls I immediately panic and breath heavily unable to control breathing and the right side of my body from head neck hand arm hands chest tightens and starts paining.. This remains the whole day.. And this cycle doesn't end...im even scared of picking future incoming calls and this anxiety cycle doesn't end... Pls help me overcome this problem as majorly my work is on phone.

I was diagnosed with somatization disorder. What should I do inorder to get out from this thing. How can I improve completely.

I have been suffering from insomnia for more than 1.5 years now.I was on zolpidem mostly 6.25 to 5mg zolfresh a day since 1.5 years.While it helped me mostly , from december this year the zolfresh 5mg  was not working and I had terrible bout of insomnia . Doc now prescribed me ativan 2mg, amitone plus tables along with zolpigress 625 mr ER for a month once at night...I wanted to know ativan is habit forming medicine will start habit forming in one month or should I taper off the meds after each week passes...and taper off amitone and zolpidem too

I wanted to be a physicist, AI engineer but my problem of ocd has crippled me alot. Is it possible to continue your higher education despite of having ocd.

I sometimes wake up at night and start screaming very loudly then get scared of something. When I wake up next morning I would not have any clue of what happened last next, my family members are worried about makes me do this. This happens atleast twice a month, but I have never hurt anyone or myself while screaming or walking. very weird behaviour since my 10th class till now. What could have been my problem?

My husband becomes depressed in corona lockdown period by reminising all our past quarell which we used to do 4 yrs before. Currently he is under psychriartic help and living at his workplace far away from me..he is under 1 month medication till date but cant overcome d trauma...my question is how could i help him from distance to overcome the trauma and hopelessness in relationship with me...?how to give him positive vives...He has all good memory of us but has a fear of bad memories too..nd overthinking negatively..how can i hlp him to think positively.plz guide me

Sir I'm under medications of 1. Thoiril 10 2. Phnergen 25 3. Olimelt 2.5 Can I take these medicines along with Montek LC  ???

Tomorrow is my cousin sister wedding should i go because whenever i see girls my private parts automtically gets hard so i think it happened because of cousin sister is i am right
