I have mood swings i am not interested in my favorite things i start being angry and feels annoying i either talk with myself or my pillow

I am taking the anxiety treatment since a long time around 7-8 years. And taking nexito 5 mg. I am facing difficulty in remembering the name of the people and places sometime, specially with the people/places i am not interacting or visiting regularly. It makes me very uncomfortable sometimes. I am very concerned about it. Please advise what to do.

I have panic disorder/anxiety problem since last 02 year and taking medicine since last 1 and half year. Now I am almost recovered I think so but I have not much confidence to stop medicine, doctor also not suggested so far. How to and when to stop medicine, how can I know. When the perfect time will come to stop medicine. Is the medicine effect my health in long run?

Mind always think of past...past happenings whether good or bad...which won't let me think about present...not able to talk properly with anyone...feelings of worriedness...how to cure this..

में feel करता हु की मेरे अंदर इमोशन नही है , सिटुटेशन के अककॉर्डिंग काम नही नही कर पाता हूं , कभी मन बहुत ज्यादा खुश हो जाताहै ,कभी बहुत ज्यादा दुखी हो जाता है , अभी ठंड मौसम आ गया है मेरा march तक मूड ऑफ रहेगा। कुछ काम करने का मन नही करेगा। मुझे मूड ठीक कटने के लिए बार बार जगह बदलना होता है , ।फिर गर्मी आयगी तो जरूरी काम नही कर पाता हूं , मन खुस रहता है ओवर confident हो जाता हूं । किसी एक काम मे फोकस नही करता हु ,कभी मन करता है बिज़नेस कर लूं ,कभी मन करेगा सिर्फ पढ़ू , दोनो में कुछ नही हो पाता है।

I am taking medicines of bipolar depression since 2012. I am attaching the prescription of medicines that I have been taking since 2012. In 2016 after passing class 12 I found out that I was not able to write with my left hand. Since childhood I have been writing with my left hand. Since 2016 I am not able to write with my left hand. Whenever I try to write with my left hand my index finger gets slip from the pen. I am not able to grip the pen firmly. I have consulted a lot of doctors. But no one is able to identify the problem. They adviced me to write with my right hand. I want to know my problem in my left hand. I am not able to more than one prescriptions of doctor.

Nexito 10 ( 1 tab in morning ) Venla XR 37.5 Mg ( 1 in the Morning ) Clonazepam 0.5 Mg ( 1 in the Night ) I have missed Clonazepam yesterday night and took Nexito and Venla today morning at 11: 30 am . Now I am feeling slow body Reflexion , Slowness in Body , Difficulty in talking ( Stammering type ). Minor headache What to do plz help me !!
