Hi Doctor Suffering from headache with heavy head and heavy eyes, dizziness, anxiety and short breathing issue. This problem occurs in the evening between 6 to 10. I am fail to understand what kind of disease it is. This problem is occurs only in the evening for last 5 months. Have done all the require blood tests and echo. All the report is fine. Pls help me so I can lead a normal life. Thanks Prakash

I hav Hypothyroidism since 8 years.it is in normal value. I hav Ibs problem from  1 and half year all tests are normal gastroenterologist prescribed sarotena 10 mg tablet for 6 months.I finished 6 months dosage.I have little bit cured.doctor prescribed another 3 months itold side effects of it doctor not consider.but other problems occur severe head ache in morning,fatigue,weight gain 6kgs in 3months,menstrual problems.I stopped suddenly taking tablets iam not take doctors advice due to lockdown.that time I had covid 19.1 month after stopping   tablet I have rapid heart beat 120 per min in resting period.skipped heart beat,loud sound of heart beat in night.I cant sleep side ways and sleep strightly.I done ecg(tricardia mentioned) and echo all r normal.cardiologist told do yoga.you not have any problem.but still I have chest pain and heart related problems are not goes.it is because of anxiety. Can I consult psychiatrist?it can  cures please suggest me.thanks  for advice in advance.

Hello, I am feeling my body weak and so hot but there is no temperature.. sometimes feels like dizziness. When I consume more water feeling better and relaxed. This been for past 10 days, when at home feeling no issues other than body weakness but when outside feeling dizziness. Does it dye to body weakness? Just an FYI was on fasting for 50 days until Jan 10th.. What should be my next steps to get back to normal? Any help would be much appreciated

I was taking equiset tablet (chlordiazepoxide-clidinium) for 10 days for irritable bowel syndrome... I stopped taking that medication five days ago and suddenly I have started experiencing symptoms like weakness, derelisation etc... today I took it again Can you please tell me if my symptoms are happening because I stop taking the medicine suddenly

I have grown up in abusive environment.yesterday had a fight my father was calling me mental many times I slapped him in anger he was making my anger more by calling me like that I hit him continuously many times with chapal I also hit my mother always I feel guilty .iam unable to control my anger I have not got any love from childhood plz help me I don't want to hit my parents

Its been a year now since i am having uncontrollable thoughts continuously and it makes me extremely exhausted. To stop them(thoughts) i perform some repetitive behaviour and due to it i get very exhausted and i am not able to sleep at night .when I get up in the morning i feel very tired throughout the day. What should I do??
