Unable for fall asleep with rivotril
I have anxiety so i cant sleep at night i get 3 hours of sleep and dreams everyday. I take rivotril 0.25mg at night since past 10 days but it doesnt help. Plz suggest a short term sleeping pill i am 27 female unmarried

Hello, It is better to focus on sleep hygiene practices  rather than depending on sleeping pills. Sleeping pills have only short term effect
