Is the progressive muscle relaxation involve deep breathing when tensing muscle or simply tensed muscle without breathing . Which version is correct and authentic?

Do psychiatric doctor include or practice detailed discussion inclusive of behavioral therapies? Or is it a detailed assessment followed by diagnosis and then treatment intervention?

Due to the prolonged anxiety and depression I am taking two medicines on daily basis since last 7 months . After that I felt very well and my depression and anxiety is totally controlled. But noted that my weight is increased by 10 kgs approx from last 7 months . Is it any effect of medicine. My doctor advised me to continue the medicine without further advice given by him and treatment will continue for 2 years and after that will be closed. I have attached the prescription of medicine. Medicine name : Bitacap TR 60 and Nexito 20 mg taking on regular. Any advise future regarding the increased weight will issue ?

Taking medicine from last 2 n half month. M feeling well but still there is nervousness few times in a week. Pl tell me how long it will take to settle.

My husband says he feels stressed always since birth..he is unable to sleep as well..he does meditation but nothing helps.. please tell me if any blood test  report can say he has anxiety or not?

When i am writing any things then i sudden  forgot that how can A,B,C etc letter were written . I remember the whole word of letter/sentence but i forgot that how can i write the alphabet . After forgetting 2/3 second i  wrote the letter but in between i lost more time when my examination / large assignment got . So , Please suggest or give your opinion and solution of this . I am student of Indian Institute of Psychology and research banglore(IIPR). I do walking and meditation daily . Thank you

I have lot of leg pain since morning.. I take etizolam 0.5 mg at night since 3 days for sleep Sir/mam plz tell me if I can take zerodol or combiflame for pain right now? Is it safe n any interactions ? I also took betablocker Metaprol in morning

I couldn't sleep on night there is lot of things going round on my head and even if I sleep some of the thoughts are just keep on rotating.should I take any sleeping pills or any suggestions please!
