My mother has been diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2011 and had undergone treatment. Now she is doing fine and is presently taking risnia plus and trinicalm. our concern is that her weight has increased to 100 kgs. Would like to consult the same.

Sir, i had mild motor tics in childhood. Now i am on medication sertraline 100 mg for treating ocd. But now motor tics come back. I talked with some patients, he told me that it also come back his tics. Can sertraline come back tics? Can you suggest me some medicine to reduce tics? I am also on olanzapine 5 mg to reduce tics. It helps me somewhat but not completely. What should i do?

I have consulted psychiatrist for my anxiety n depression issue which occur from one year...dr advice me tricydep ch for two tym and epitril .25 for required situation...I left medicine after taking for 3 days..thought I will fight with myself only...but after going 10 days my anxiety and stress which cause emotional and physical effect on me..I again started having tricydep from 3 days and epitril when I suffer from excess worry..but due to this or physical stress m feeling energy less..feeling sleepy all tym..when woke up felt energyless..what should I do.. My thyroid,sugar,lft,kft,lipid profile reoprts is good...I am attaching my report of blood..I am 92kg female mother of one year baby..suffered from post traumatic depression..height 5ft 1inch.. Help me

I suffered from COVID in Jun 2020 and my father passed away few days back in the same month. I fear from going outside, meeting people even in my home, sometimes I wash my hands many times even if I am at home. I avoid everything I can, but when I see people are carefree around me, I feel nervous. I hardly allow anyone in my room. Sometimes, I feel someone is shaking my chair, though I realise it is a myth (I don't allow anyone to sit on it), my eyes starts paining. Things star to turn dim in front of me. I suddenly start analysing my breathe, heart beat, touching my head and neck, taking temperature and oxygen level. I take multivitamins, everything I can do. Things go normal for sometimes, but the process repeats. I think 100 times for going out anywhere, even meeting my relatives and my friends. Today an agent came at my home, I was maintaing a distance, but he was continuosly coming closer to me for documents and all. I cannot focus on my work then. It happens mostly.

My baby is one month old is not passing stool for last 3 days .my baby is having mother milk and 2 times day formula milk . Before the stool was in little green colour . It's normal or not . Any precaution is there to pass stool or can wait ..

I was suffering from breathless at night - catchy breathing. I thought it was some stomach bloating issue. Did Ultrasound , endoscopy and CECT scan. All came normal . Later Gastro surgeon suspect anxiety issue. I always have fear that I might get some severe disease and keep running to hospitals and at night I get fear of dying and sleep with lights turned on. If stomach pain little I feel like it might be cancer. If mild chest discomfort I think it might be sign of heart attack. I need to get rid of this. Please let me know if this can be treated and whom to consult.
