I have problem of tremors because of ocd meds please suggest me meds for stoppage of tremors suggest it now please i am in trouble

I much aware about ADHD.but whenever I go for a psychiatrist they said like u have researched about it and telling us.if I consult any doctor here in practo will they beleive me or understand.becoz it always hard for me to explain my problem.

He is potty trained..but he is trying to hold it as much as he can..he does it once in 3 or 4 days.. He doesn't seem to be constipated. Drinks good amount of water and fiber food... Not sure of the issue.. please help

I am not doing well because of carcinophobia. It was interfere with my daily activities. New small lump or new small mole will also cause anxiety in me. I am always in thought of dying of cancer. How can I get rid of this. I will develop this carcinophobia in this lockdown. Now I also develop different health anxieties. I always thought of diseases or health problems which don't have treatment. Please help me.

I take clonazapem to sleep at 10pm and wake up 5:00am.but when I wake I feel like I hadnt slept well.it doesnt show his effect.even in a sleep mode I overthink.feel unfreshed.what is the reason behind this
