Hi i have a problem of overthinking , I don't know whether this a problem or no but I really struggle in life because of negative thinking , I have anxiety most of the times whenever I meet anyone or I attend meetings I have been working in an MNC from last 8 years still I have fear of speaking and this happens sometimes however at times I feel completely normal. After this lockdown has happened I get annoyed and irritated very easily. I have had some bad experiences in health (recently preg loss) ,job, studies , don't know if that has impacted me. Plz suggest what shall I do as I keep thinking about future and mostly negative thoughts come to my mind . I'm not able to keep myself happy.
