My adhd symtopms is gone after having a methylphendate prescribed by doctor but still feel like That there is still problem exist me which is not related to ADHD like confusion in thought,remembering anything ,slowly give  response to anything like I have to put effort to do anything since,I am diagnosed with ADHD and having methylephenidate but still these symptoms is not gone yet.. these symptoms I am just sufferring from 2 years as I was get upset socially by the people in 2019 like I have no one in this world becoz its really difficult for me to make friends.but now behaviour is controlled.but still feel like my mind is not working properly like it is quite blocked in some way.is there other any problem is in me along with ADHD

My friend had her breakup 4 months ago .She has been gosted by her boyfriend . Her boyfriend said some of harsh things which are haunting her like anything . She is trying hard to stop overthinking n consider that as a part of her life by keeping herself involved in her work ,her career, going out with her friends. Every month something happens and she used to get back to the starting point . These whole is draining her down .It is getting difficult and tired . What she should do ?

My father is having negative thinking and phobia for small small things for example: 1. Don't sleep at the edge of bed what if you fall down 2. Do not go to beach for vacation, what if you drown 3. Don't ride bike what if you meet an accident 4.do not go out, what if you catch corona 5.do not lock the bathroom door, what if you are unable to open it when no body is at home these are just few examples, he get worried with pretty small small things and he always warns or denies us of doing such things. Which I consider is not normal. What is this condition? And what course of treatment should be followed?

I started suffering from unwanted vomiting notions 7 years back & It kind of got stronger with time. It took me 2 years to figure out that fear of vomiting is a disorder- emetophobia.  I developed agoraphobia as well. I almost lost will to live that time & became suicidal. After 2.5 years of suffering i visited one psychiatrist but his pills had immediate side effects so I left after two visits. After few months I moved to diff state for job & kind of forgot this fear. For 2 years I was fine, normal & enjoying life. Visiting home town triggered it back in 5th year & it kind of started again (not very severe initially), I had some control over it unlike initially. Entire lockdown kind of made it more serious as I was in isolation for so long & kind of feared going out. I have not enjoyed anything since 2 years. I went to a very good Dr. again & he just listened 5 mins & gave medication. I was looking forward for therapy. plz suggest whether I shud take medicines or not? Refer attachment

Is it safe to take newcita lite in night and rexipra 5mg in morning as prescribed by psycatrist for anxiety disorder and depression as both contain seretorin.

Had any psychiatrist used frext50 mg and clonil 25 mg to treat depression and OCD of 21 years male. Is it best treatment for depression and ocd

Sir, My son is Autistic and is now 21 years old. Kindly let me know whether he can go for COVID19 vaccination. If he can be vaccinated, any precautions have to be taken. For Deeprasion my doctor suggest me Deepran Forte tablet for 3months ego...Till to date I use it..Now I am feeling better..When the medicine is stop? May I know the total system..
