Dear sir                                                                 After wake up feeling sleepy, tiredness, low energy and little hedache. i have sleep 8 hours. After 8 hours sleep i am not feeling resting. I am not over weight. I have little snore. I  take  good food. After doing small work feeling tired.  This problem from 10 years onwords. Last time I visited hospital they done tests Blood test,CBP, HG,  thyroid test, sugar test everything is normal. They given some multivitamin tables , B12,Calcium tables. I used 2 months but nothing effect on me. I consulted so many doctors they given prescriptions but till now not solved Due to this problem my professional life effected and unable to concentrate kindly give solution

I am ongoing treatment of severe depression since last 50-55 days. Prescription- Nexito-10 ( 1 tab morning) Venla XR 37.5 mg ( 1 cap morning) Clonazepam 0.5 mg ( 1 tab night) . I am meeting my some friends nearly after 3-4 yrs.. They gonna be offer some alcohol most probably beer I also can't resist for some reasons. Could I consume it in little dose just for once??? If yes then should I take medicine in night??

I cant sleep well at night,due to overthinking I dont know what to do have a deep sleep.please give me some advice so that I can sleep well at night

Since the discontinuation of depression medicine she is feeling dizzy with a. Severe headache at the back of head or at top or at sides . There is some kind of vibration in head and in the upper neck portion.Weakness in body and head stiffness.

From past few weeks I have been talking in my sleep and gradually I started getting panic Attacks during my sleep, with extreme force I wake up and suddenly during the day I get tremors in my hands and legs. Even while sitting ideal or watching TV a sudden jerk happens as if some one had put force on me and it gives me sudden shake. During the days tremors are extreme and make me nervous. I smoke normal cigarette and no Alcohol consumption. Have Sinus issues from past 15 years, with regards to medicine I consume Urimax 0.4 once in night from past 1 year.

Dear doctor, I lost my job due to corona. My family is dependent on me, so bad thoughts are coming, fear, worry and I can't control my mind, always thinking about future. Sometime feeling heaviness in center of chest, not feeling hungry, sometimes light pain in lower right abdomen. In midnight sleep is not coming. Kindly suggest some medicine or yoga to outcome from my current situation. Thank you

Can't a doctor prescribe medicine online. If someone is diagnosed with a big disorder like,OCD,ADHD,bipolar.bcoz,I diagnosed with OCD,here in practo,but one of the doctor doesn't prescribe me medicine as he said online prescription of OCD is not good.he suggested me to consult a doctor face to face

Hello doctor, is there any alternative for aceclofenac ?? I am right now on Venlafaxine but i have ongoing gouty arthritis as well due to which i have slight inflammation in my toes but i came to know there seems to be interaction between both salts, so is there any alternative medicine available for gout inflammation that doesn't interfere with snri? Thanks
