Hi dr since last lockdown
I am having weird thoughts related to my health
I constantly feel something is wrong with me
It started like I had a skin infection in March 2020 which couldn't be treated and there were no doctors available
So I happened to google and google
All my questions were somehow related to cancer
Since then everything and anything that happens to me I start relating to cancer
On one hand I know it's a body something or the other will b going on
But on the other hand I can't resist googling
I have visited many doctors for my problems they all said there is nothing wrong with me and I am healthy
Still I need reassurance every time
May be your kind words can help
Pls help me dr
I want to normal again
I was never like this before the lockdown

Dear you,
Nothing is wrong with you. Currently there is wrong with time and situation.
Sit back and look after eachother. Don't isolate yourself or your loved once.
These are hard times. We need eachother.
And yes google search ends at cancer. So don't google. We medicos also don't google.
We talk to eachother.
Try connecting. You might be surprised and super happy..

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Please consult a mental health specialist. After case assessment you can be informed that whether counseling will help or medicine is also required. Take care.
Consult a Psychiatrist, this could be due to anxiety as we are living through some tough times. Try to not google all this and do not believe everything you read on the internet.
There has been a general increase in anxiety due to covid and people are stuck at home. Plus the news is not presented in a calm way but in a blown out of proportion outlandish way. Set aside time for a routine. Wake up , Exercise, listen to music, cook, look after your plants. Observe the fresh new leaves on trees. Be thankful for little things. Family, a house , etc. Do relaxation exercises. Eg. https://youtu.be/ys9lg2lpdeu. Take an online consult if you don’t feel bette
R. Keep a gratitude diary.
