I am feeling anxious and scared. I just don't know what to do. I feel lonely too . What can I do to calm myself down ?

-low self esteem -‌scared/can't to talk to girls confidently -‌low confidence in myself -‌feeling insecure about future -‌feeling of depression/anxiety because of following reasons ‌1.feeling alone ‌2.when some  get better paying job Than me ‌3.some girl getting married or hitched which I used to like but wasn't able to Talk ‌cannot stop over thinking -‌if some girl come near me I get very nervous and can't able to move or behave weirdly(social anxiety) -‌cannot sleep sometimes because fear of darkness/shadows coming in my dreams once woke up at midnight can't sleep again ‌fear of sleeping alone in dark -‌self judging myself -‌i am not smart enough in front of my friends they seem more mature Than me

I am suffering from GAD and Dysthymia from last 2 yrs.i am itself MBBS student of final.i feel severe anxiety when giving viva or anxiety related to academics.I consult a pyschiatrist MD(NIHMANS Bangalore).he prescribed me, Tab.Esta plus 1-1/2-1×contd Tab.Alprax 0.25 mg 1-1-1×contd Tab.olanzapine 2.5 mg 1/2 tab hs Tab.bupropion 150 mg 1-0-1 ×contd Inj.nervo 500 mcg 1 ml .But after taking this alprazolam 0.25 my anxiety doesn't go.so can I add LoXUm (lorazepam 1 mg) sos for that?

I have been suffering from fear of alone, dark and ghosts or supernatural entities. I'm 25 and still can't sleep alone at night. I have to sleep with someone and if try to sleep alone, I have to keep lights on. When I sleep alone, my heart throbs and I got fear and can't sleep until morning or when daylight enters my room. Due to this, my daily routine is affected.
