Asking for 61 year old women- was taking oleanz under doctor guidance.. Was gradually decreasing the dosage from 20 mg per day to 5 mg and have completely stopped it.. However there was a gap in taking the medicine for 9 days while taking 5 mg.. Will there be any side effects. Concerned.. Please advise

I have been ill with OCD thoughts since 2018, later I consulted and took medication "podex 40mg" Since then, I was doing well. But once in a time period I again get OCD thoughts and get panic attacks due to thoughts. Can I still continue the medication.? Or can you consult any medication to use.? Thank you

Tdcs is good is for depresion and It is a permanent solution and it is good treatment or not in depression

I have problem in social adjustment,my self esteem is low,I am very inattentive,disorganised person,forget things,cant focus on one thing,inconsisitency in thoughts,talkativeness,0 tolerance,anger issue,cant concentrate on one things,overthinking also.I dont know how to overcome these problems.

I m not feeling good and positive...I don't know what is the cause behind this...my mind is not active..I am in perplex...so how to cure this...my words are not aligned...please help me as I am taking anti depressants...I m feeling worthless

I have been facing some problems since last 2 years. When I go to outside for any work my heart beat moves fast. I feel my heart will be stop. I feel restless mostly of the time. When I think about my health my heart beat moves fast. I feel fear mostly of the time. I have done BP test, blood sugar test,CBC test, FENO test and PFT test. All reports came normal but it's problem continue. When I think about go to outside my heart beat moves fast and I feel SOB and my wind pipe will be closed. when I am busy doing other works it's fine but when think something this problem continue.

I had wisdom teeth extraction few days ago and during procedure i got syncope attack. I've experienced this in past as well when i got blood from nose and i fainted. I mostly get syncope attack when i see, smell or even imagine blood. I used to get anxiety attack as i have psychological issues. I just thought abt blood flow from heart to brain and suddenly i started to feel weak, low bp, heaviness in heart and gastritis. Is it a sign of any underlying disease or a psychological matter?
