Iam suffer from social anxiety , Adhd and deppression & iam taking medicine veniz xr for these problems Now iam feeling little better now & I also looking for a job My question is if I can work in pressure jobs like IT Sector or pressure free jobs for my mental condition ???

I have been constantly triggering with anxiety.. I used nexito plus and stopped.after few days Im again feeling anxiety while sleeping .can we use nexito5 regularly.. And do I have any permanent solution for this anxiety. Its effecting my work and sleep..my mind is forcing many negative thoughts and making me more anxious. Any permanent solution for this. Please help.

I am suffering from major anixety cant sleep wel at night feel tired all day and keep overthinking about any outcome. Head feels drowsy all the time and i feel light headed with uneasy feeling in chest

Started with a lump in the throat and it was globus sensation and used to get acid reflux & bloating.Feeling restless most of the times with intrusive thoughts, excess fear & suicidal tendencies at times.Scared of heights now & sometimes feel like mind is blur or going blank.Restlessness and uneasiness stays almost throughout the day & it makes me feel panic.I have done my tests and there is deficiencies of Vitamin D & B12.Could you please tell me whether it is because of the deficiency of these vitamins or is it anxiety.It started during the lockdown only , prior to the pandemic I didn't had these issues.Need your suggestions & expertise on this.

Iam taking veniz xr 75 for social anxiety disorder after taking this medication my anxiety is gone but my body becomes in High temperature like feverish feeling but there is no fever This side effects will be persist permanently ???

I don't know why I do keep thinking that I am Ill or I have an undetected major disease whenever something minor happens , it stresses me out.

It's been more then 4 years I have been going through frequent mood changes sometimes without no reason i thrown into sadness. Currently there is stress of career. I'm not able to take any decision. Sometimes it's triggers because of external situations but even I know that externally everything is fine then also I couldn't feel good again. I think It was started when I was in my hostel because of constant pressure by my mates making fun of me. Right now I am loosing intrest in everything nothing excites me. I'm feeling like I'm in trap. My physical health is also dropping down because of this stress. I don't want to see people and talk to them. Even professionally its creating to much problem. I don't know what to do, what action should I take.
