Is it  difficult for a doctor here in practo or pnline to diagnose the paitent online.I consult the doctor in practo he diagnosed ADHD in me but doesnt prescribe me medicine,as he said none doctor prescribed medicine online

One of the doctors in practo diagnosed me with ADHD.but later on he said,he cant provide mecicine of ADHD or none doctor can do so.is it really happens?my174rs of consulation has been wasted.

My psychiatrist prescribed the nexito for me to take on night before bedtime . but i wake up not consciously at between 2 to 3 am every night  and  I drink some water and again go to  sleep . What's causes this . i take nexito 7.5 mg every night ? But at the time of taking 5 mg before bedtime not causes this . Also which time is better to take nexito morning or night? Iam diagnosed with anxiety and panic also depressed

My father from past 2-3 years keep doubting my mother's character. He is always tell us that she has multiple affairs with neighbours and also had past affairs behind his back. He thinks that their relationship is fundamentally wrong. Now, We are suffering due to this. I am not able to convence him. Feels like complete frustration as I am at very crucial point in my career. Hello I have anxiety disorder and i am on medication. A doctor prescribed me inderal 20mg in morning Etilaam 0.25 mg in afternoon and paxidep 12.5 mg in night.. I have a baby of 6.5 mnths old and i breastfeed him. Can i take these medicines while breastfeeding? Also another doctor prescribed me Amitop 25 mg. So which medicines are better and will be safe ?

Is online diagnosis good or bad because when I consult a doctor through practo.he diagnosed me ADHD by a online adhd rating scale.but later on he said online diagnose or test is not good and none doctor prescribe medicine online.is it right or wrong?,if it is right,then what is the benefit of consulting a doctor online.?

ECG, ECHO,TMT report are normal before one month .cardio Dr. Says all normal don't worry . But sometime I have feel chest pain that time my oxygen level or heart beat in oximeter fall down 85 and 56 from 98 and 90. I have also constipation problem from 9 month but this problem now better gastrointestinal Dr. Normal report this pain  from anxeity. But mild anemia Hb level 7.7 with variant size RBC cell . When this pain start in left side chest and back side after that pain  in left hand. Plz suggest this pain panic attack or heart attack

My kid aged 14 is undergoing depression (including wanted to be alone, low esteem, feeling of not interested to live) and also had suicidal thoughts and attempted once in the past. Was advised to take Nexito Forte, looking at the meds part of that.. can cause sucidal thoughts aswell. Confused on the advice, wanted to hear from you all here
