Panic attack
Hi Iam nandini from past two days iam under treatment for mild symptoms of covid though tested negative Whenever I go to clinic or hospital I get easily panicked and heart'rate increases all of sudden making difficult to breathe properly Please suggest how I can overcome this issue and to keep my mind free is this phobia please help

Pls take all covid precautions.. monitor your oxygen saturation regularly.. Try 6 minute walk test.. If the complaint persists then visit a physician or psychiatrist.
