Help me tamper bipolar medicine sodium
Right now I was taking medicine from long 8 year. Doctor consider as hypomania.. U dont have much problem...at that time I used get brain heat..to relax some medication with  lithium ,clontril0.25 Again same medicine I am taking..and checking blood test again again .process I life get spoiler through many ups and down He actually made me numb. Drowsy and dizzy person . due to this I visited another person he checked my tsh it was 12.6 And given only valprid sodium valporal So I decided to quit tablets day by day..I dont know serious about thing will happen.if a person wants to take medicine life long ...too say frankly controlled medicines spoiled my life Please tell me how to decrease sodium valproate cr 500 .. Half tablet day - 1 tablet at night   I am controlled now.busy in works..I listen to music daily go for jogg Clonazepam 0.5 night time Half tablet in morning.. And 1 tablet in night... Now I am okay Please tell me how t Now my age is 26.. I started medicine from 17years
