I keep losing temper with my 1 year old toddler with his usual child like activities- throwing things, puting things in his mouth, crying for attention etc. I am always frustrated with managing the home and him. I just don't have any time for myself. I fear for my child since my behaviour towards him is getting unhealthy. I realise it but only after I have done the damage. No matter how many times, I decide on keeping my calm, I fail miserably and end up repeating the usual myself. I am exhausted and stressed all the time. Please advise.

Dear you,
You are going through transition phase.
From wife to mother.
No matter how hard it will be. Just accept it you are mother now. And patiences will enter your system.
Don't resist the Change. Let the nature guide.
Let your kid show you the way.
When you get angry or .loss patience.
Just lift your kid. And look directly into his eyes. You will see the kid guiding you.
It won't work everytime
But it will 80 percent of the time..
And congratulation..
Happy parenting.
Try some anger management techniques, I understand it's difficult to handle toddlers but refrain from taking out your frustration on him. Try to find alternatives.
And consult a Psychiatrist if you feel that your anger is getting worse.
