My ex came back after 2 years. He said he will marry me And all after getting physical he is ignoring me . He said his family not ready to accept me and asked me to marry someone else. I am mentally disturbed alot its been 5 days I had food or water.

It was not your fault. You want emotional attachment and get attached . Now that you have understood this about yourself. Forgive yourself and let go . It won't be easy . With everyday practise and perseverance you will reach somewhere.
But it was not your fault remember. You have certain emotional needs. And it's OK to have them. Just world is not so ideal. With practise enhance your understanding about world. And be neutral in your observations. Don't put labels.

and you will require support for sometime. be courageous and talk to a wise frd. who won't judge you or gossip behind you.

and for sometimes. do opposite of what you feel like doing. if you feel like talking to that guy. don't. if you feel like not eating. do eat. as you are hating yourself. reverse the action.
