Hello Doctors,
I want to consult to overcome immediate relief from Stress,tension,over thinking. Since few days due to over stress, I am not able to sleep and eat food properly. Can u pls suggest something which can be effective using some home remedies or any activities which can get me out of it. Thanks in advance!!

Hello.
Overcoming stress and overthinking is an engaging process. With the work from home scenario it is difficult to manage both home and work environment well. Often stress and tension picks up in our life.
Journaling, going for morning and evening walks, talking tea/coffee breaks between work can help.
Counseling and therapy will be helpful in helping you settle this problem in the long run.
