Olimelt 7.5mg can causes lot of side effects like weight gain, dyslipidemia, increase blood sugar level (chance of diabetes), sedation , erectile dysfunction, hepatic dysfunction etc

7.5 is not that much high dose .. I think sedation can be the side effect initially then may lead to weight gain. Dyslipidemia, diabetes.
Go for regular exercises, fat free diet
