I am having periods pain since childhood. I somehow managed all these yrs due to fenugreek seeds, hot water, lime soda. Not able to manage anymore. Please help n depression

Hello sir, have you heard about the new drug lumateperone. How is it helpful in treating schizophrenia. Can I switch my medicine?

# Dear Dr. Please suggest me how can come out form this #. • Legs and hands weakness, feel to low. • Entire body is twitching, regularly Arm, Thigh, Knee, Calf, Thumb, Toe, Sole, and Index fingers. •Inside of Muscle Radiating pain in Elbow, Arms, Legs, Calf, Thighs, and Fingers. • During walk uncomfortable feeling. • feel like Anxiety and Sweat. • Sleeping Disturbance. •I was consult neurologist last  2 week back, blood, Full spinal MRI scan & Brain MRI scan all test was normal, they told maybe "Benign Fasciculation syndrome" so follow up medicine. But no improvement.

I have been experiencing too much anxiety and stress lately. I'm not able to sleep properly. I am getting only 3 hours sleep. Also, I wake up in the middle of my sleep and feel extremely dry throat, anxiousness and little out of breath.

I feel insecured while going outside...mind seems unstable ...difficult in concentrating...anger issues

I have been in treatment for panic disorder and anxiety for two months now currently taking sertralin 75 mg and escitalaprom10mg clonazepam.5 mg combination at night,the panic attacks are completely stopped but the intrusive and negative thoughts are rounding in mind that when i walk in public suddenly a thought come what if I am go crazy in public , thought about what if I have schizophrenia symptoms this are all distressing me pls guide me

Because of office work and stress a I can get sleep in night I try to sleep but I don't get a proper nap plz any of dr can help me by any priscription it will means alot if any dr would suggest me

I am on a path to discover myself and thus I was wondering if therapy can help me Or not? Would be delighted to talk to any expert about this

I have been taking Nexito 5mg/day since 7 months and Gabapentin 300mg/day since 5 months. I read that taking Gabapentin for long term causes renal dysfunction. Is it so? I am literally worried if I can continue Gabapentin untill I taper Nexito 5 or should I immediately start tapering Gabapentin as it is already past 5 months? Please advise

Dear's, Plz Suggest me, I can't involve in daily activities,  bcoz my left leg & hand feel like weakness, I can walk but uncomfortable feeling, some times right leg and hand also feel like same,,,,twitching in entire body.
