Hello doctor,I am mother of 1.5 yrs old baby.since I delivered I am getting dizziness, palpitations,dry mouth, stomach sounds frequently,all test done 5 month before.echo,ct brain,TSH,tmt all normal.i was really fine after that.these past 15 days I am back to same.chronic dizziness,off balance, palpitations,I keep running to er frequently.bp shoot in er.150/90. Pulse.110/mt.there also no treatment giving for me.keep for observation ,send me back.thses 7 days chronic dizziness,I did even know how I went to er with unsteady ness.there doctor and nurse are laughing all the time.saying that chumma I act..but the symptoms are real one.they are not understand me.yesterday again visitied.egc taken it's was normal sinus rhythm.elctrolytes normal.thses week total ecg is 7 times.finally my suggested psychiatry.given clonazipam.0.5 mg once.i had been taking since three days.no help I feel.same fear..I am breast feeding by baby.i scard of sid effects.finally I planning to take heamopathy.is safe ?

As a parent having bipolar i m worried my kid can have also have it .. which necessary step to early diagnosis and therefore not escalating the situation  should i and my kid need to go to psychiatrist regularly. My kid is 2 years old

I am diagnosed with Severe Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Inferiority and there are more to go . . . I think I also have Bipolar Disorder including Personality Disorder. Lots if PTSD. PTSD is different for me. Ultimately substance use is high including eating disorder too. How can I self diagnose them?

I've been suffering from anxiety and constant dizziness and palpitations from past three years... I've got almost every test done but nothing came positive. Recently someone told me to get my b12 and D3 vitamins checked.. I got it checked and B12 is 111 pg/ml nd D3 is 18 ng/ml...are my issues due to the b12 deficiency?

मुझे मानसिक तनाव व डिप्रेशन की शिकायत है जिससे मुझे मानसिक थकान बढ जाती है।     मेरे दिमाग में दिन-रात बहुत सारे विचार चलते रहते है जिनको मै सोचता रहता हूँ जिनका कोई अर्थ नही निकलता । मै एक ही बात को कई-कई दिनों तक सोचता रहता हूँ जिससे मुझे अधिक तनाव महसूस होता है। जिससे मेरा दिमाग अधिक थकान महसूस करता है।जब मै सोता हूँ तब ही मेरा दिमाग शांत रहता है बाकी समय मेरा दिमाग कुछ न कुछ सोचता रहता है। मेरे दिमाग में कोई सी भी बात घर बना लेती है जिससे मुझे अधिक तनाव होता है और मेरा सर भारी हो जाता है।     अवसाद ,तनाव, चिंता से मैं बहुत परेशान हूँ । यह तनाव लेने की बिमारी मुझे छोटे से ही है जो आज बड़ा रूप लेली है। बचपन से ही एक बात को सोचते रहने की दिमाग मे घर बना लेनी की आदत बन गई है यह मै नही चाहता तब भी अपने आप सोचता रहता हूँ। मैं दिमाग को रोकने की कोशिश करता हूँ कि बाते न सोचू तो और depression पैदा होता है।
