I m in depression...feeling fear in mind...not understand anything...what to do...i m feeling hopeless

Im having pain in  left chest , left upper back pain and  sometimes its a dull pain sometimes its worse .. Upper back pain some times neck left side pain .. **Note : 20 months months to im done 20 ECG , 2 ECHO ,more clarity recently two months back TMT - test done report is normal and lipid profile is normal, high sensitive trophonin normal, chest x ray normal,Past 10 months I have pain in left chest, 4 times I cunsulted cardiologist he says not a heart prblm pain,, but pain not releive daily comes,, one cardiologist refer to physchatry but iam not gone, The pain is heart related or lungs related or any muscle related or gas related. Or other over thinking prblm Can i repeat the heart related tests or what is next step sir / madam.... ???...plzzz help me...

Hi 28f having 2 years old baby boy .Me and my husband have difficult marriage we always fight he hits me daily I will shout at him morning night my kid is fearing a lot .I always take my kid out so that he forgets all these but still I am worried bcz it must be affecting him how should I tolerate myself and not fight in front of him.Will the baby forget all these?fights and physical violence?I also have been in a difficult childhood my parents used to always fight that affected me alot but they also used to fight rarely but me and my husband on daily basis ...Will my baby forget as he is only 2 years old but he fears a lot and a lot even if a plate falls or even if me and my husband sit together when we are not fighting also

Hi My friend having chest pain for more than 6months. ALL the test are normal . He is Hyperactive on work at most of the times and also he has anxiety disorder. Is chest pain due to anxiety and Hyperactive?? How to overcome it.
