Respected doctors does cursing is real in this world as some one curse me that my life will be destroyed is this can happen

I am facing difficulties in sleeping i tried mela rest but it's not working so i need some strong medicine

I have bipolar mania with severe anxiety doc tried with ssri Escitalopram which made anxiety worse Is there any alternative treatment for anxiety Like if we treat anxiety mania is becoming worse Currently I am on lithium and risperidone Or any antipsychotic that counter anxiety. Please help suffering from 3years..

Hey there, one of my friend suffering from  memory problems, such as forgetfulness or confusion. He  also make it difficult to focus on work or other tasks, make decisions, or think clearly. Stress and anxiety. He always change his mind to different work. Unable to sit for few minutes or Focus always wandering day dreaming. In past he also have minor injury in his head.

I had an exam today. 3 hrs duration both morning and afternoon and I couldn't sleep whole night yesterday. I have exam again tomorrow Can i take any meds for sleep? Like etizola 0.25 mg? Will it effect my exam performance tomorrow?

My sister was having bipolar mania as said by psychiatrist since 24 Dec 2021 but now we see that she is good . Not talking rudely with anyone . But from 1 week she is sleeping so much . In her treatment of mania she was eating so much food but since 1 week she is not eating food she is saying that she don't want to eat food but we are giving little by pressure to eat and take medicines. Please help what we should do now because she is sleeping so much . Also she is saying that she don't want to do any work because she don't wanted to do that .
