Can we sleep for 9 hours my concentration is next level grt enthusiastic person it okay to sleep for 9 hours . I do regular exercise.. .

As a parent i have bipolar and i m worried by offspring can also have it. How to reduce this worry. How to catch the disese in its initial stage is it important for me and my kid for regular psychiatric visit.

I started drinking daily and my limit is awesome..i want to stop craving in evening..i have strong will power to stop but not to control that craving now.. which doctor to consult in such cases to suggest medicine.
