Does taking psychiatric medication like lithium olanzapine us inderal affect fertility.My doc from pgi chandigarh said No nothing to worry

Hi I feel mentally unhealthy, but i am not sure how to explain myself to therapist, how can i prepare myself to see a psycho therapist..

I m on olanzapine and fluxotine from 2019 can it causes serotonin syndrome on me. Please help... ...

I am feeling emotionally numb for the past few weeks and I am not able to feel any emotions , be it happiness, sadness or other. I rarely feel anger but no other emotions. I am currently not working and does not have a busy schedule. Can I understand what can be the reason and how to cure it.

I'm very critical to myself and also I always think worst of everything this is causing obstruction in my daily life I'm an competitive exam aspirant and focus and stable mind is everything to me But idk why my brain keep fabricating irrational thoughts about my goals,health..etc What should I do ? I used to take counselling sessions from psychological counsellor for my phobia of needles,I used to take clomipramine and Kali phos which I stopped eventually(as my councillor said)
