Iam suffering from anxiety problem. I experience panic attack daily. My exam are coming how to deal with it any medication to suppress panic attack during examination. In public situation and in classroom I experience shortness of breath and nausea thought racing feeling of something bad is going to happen. Racing thought affecting my sleeping. I consulted 2 to 3 psychologist but nothing worked. I consulted psychiatrist due to rare side effect from medication urination problem i stopped taking it. i tried different medication but urination problem still occurs after stopping medication  in 3 to 4 it gets normal. My condition is getting worse. I can't get out of home due to this anxiety problem.

I am a sports person. My age is 21 i was suffering from anxiety, fear, low self confidence, low self esteem and negative thoughts. While practice my sport i do very well and do the practice performance at peak level but when the match comes to show my performance i feel very nervous my body starts shaking ,my heart beat raising, my hands got sweaty i feel very tense ,i don't have confidence to execute my skill , i lost self confidence from me and become very feary and my whole body is becoming tight from inside at that time. Please help me it is very difficult to face the problem for me please help!!!🙏😥

I have sometimes memory / remembrance issues , I mean confusion in memory but one psychiatrist told me it is just bcz of OCD  , how significant is b12 n vit d in psychiatric disorders ? Is my b12 , vit d level is ok or low ? Next step ?

Hello, I am smoking weed from last 4 years daily. Now i have decided to Quit it . But i fear of withdrawl symptoms as to how i will be able to manage. I tried quitting 2 years back for 2 months with help of medication  but then relapsed. I want to quit seriously but i fear withdrawl symptoms. Please guide me how should i gain confidence to overcome my withdrawl fear . My main fear is Will i be able to sleep or not. Please help

Hi Practo, My child is of 3 and 1/2 year. Till now, he never ate any dirt, sand and unwanted medicines. But now he is getting interested in medicines(adults or anything visible to eye), sand and dirt. Could you please help me how can i change my child mind and make him understand what to do. Thank you
