I am suffering from mania from 5years
I got episode in 2017 up to now ia dont have any episode of mania can i ask my doctor to stop medicines

It depends on the number of manic episodes you have had in the past and also on the severity of the episode. Maintenance treatment is advisable for recurrent episodes and/or a severe episode. Having said that you may discuss about stopping Lithium with your Doctor
