I have no access for my anti psychotic i m decorated army officer posted at a very sensitive area... there is no access to medical facility i m suffering from bipolar disorder for about 3 years. Hello doctor, I've drinking alcohol for stress for about 1 year now, initially it helped me out, however now when ever am sober I have increased heart rate, shortness of breath and difficulty in concentrating.  I've been given zapiz and seloken XL 25 MG. I have questions regarding them. 1) I've been drinking for 1 year, will I be immediately addicted to any benzodiazepines? If so then what do you recommend I do 2) will 10 days of Seloken XL 25mg cause any withdrawal symptoms, if so then what to do thx.
