Can gas problem cause heart palpitations?.. I feel anxiety also.. Is this due to gas problem or something else

I am suffering from severe clinical depression. Right now I feel like I may die any moment. It is like the mental state of a patient in ICU. I feel I don't have any energy left to live this life. I am done with it. It could be due to peak levels if anxiety. Even if I go to hospital I don't know how to explain this problem and what treatment they can give to me. Please help. It is very urgent.

I have starting taking stalopam and petril in night from 2 days as consulted with a doctor for anxiety and panic attack. However, in morning, I feel chest pain and more anxiety and gastric issues. Are these side effects of the medicine??

I was taking medicines for dipression and anxiety for long time and was feeling better for sometime but now I feel sad and worried again. I am not able to do things proper way.

From past 3-4 days, I am not feeling good at all. I just want to cry out. My mind is full of aggression, emotions, loneliness. Sometimes my mind is like just break something so that I will gain some patience. I don't what is happening with me, my head is paining. I am feeling ill. My mind is not in my control. I want that someone will talk me but my anger is not allowing me to talk to someone. But I still want that someone talk to me. I do not know what should i do. Everything seems to be negative in my perspective.

Hello. Myself Sabarish. I'm suffering from anxiety disorder and panic attacks since last 3 months. Now everytime I'm having a fear that whether I will get attack or not in doing the regular activities like brushing, eating, bathing etc. Also I'm having the problem of anxiety induced hallucinations. For this I'm taking Arip (5mg). For anxiety and panic attacks I have been given Flunil(10mg). Now the very first question that I want to ask is that am I suffering from GAD or OCD? The second and the most important question is that am I given the correct medicines according to the symptoms that I have explained above? Because similar symptoms happened to me 3 years back and during that time I was taking 5mg Escitalopram in the morning and 10mg Escitalopram in the night. During that time I felt very well. But after tapering and stopping it with the guidance of psy I started to develop the same symptoms again along with hallucinations this time. So am I given the correct medicines this time??

How to full cure from depression. I have depression from last 10 years and it's not going away. Should medicine will work or is there any solution for this.

Is Flunil (10mg) used to control anxiety along with panic attacks or does it only control panic attacks?

My psychiatric doctor has prescribed me 2 antidepressants for depression and anxiety and along with that a vitamin tablet.The name of the vitamin tablet is radistar(it's an omega 3 fatty acids medicine).But when I searched the name of the medicine on google,I couldn't find the medicine .So,I am confused wgetger I should take that medicine or it is an outdated medicine? Please look into it
