I have been facing problems like anxiety, panic attacks and recently some experts at practo also said it could be depression too. I am not comfortable talking about it though. Can someone suggest any other way?

So before u got socioccupational impairment better to consult a psychiatrist. U can do yoga, meditation or shift ur focus wch are mainly causing these symptoms.
