I have been facing problems like anxiety, panic attacks and recently some experts at practo also said it could be depression too. I am not comfortable talking about it though. Can someone suggest any other way?

If you are not able to comfort to talk abt your health conditions it's ok. But you will be healthy if your physical ,mental ,social health is healthy. So before u got socioccupational impairment better to consult a psychiatrist. U can do yoga, meditation or shift ur focus wch are mainly causing these symptoms.
