I have a bf, But Once I got into a physical relationship with someone else I was drunk. I can't sleep well. Can't even talk to boyfriend about it. I don't understand what to do. i feel guilty. that's what i always think about it.

I fear taking to strangers even though they are my friends relatives or friends.i am tensed especially when i go to sleep and when i wake up .as a fresher in an it company i dont understand what to do at work i fear asking doubts.my heart beat fast when the team lead ask for something.i am having low intrest in every daily activities.i am going to office just because i dont have leav.i am not having intrest in talking to friends on phone.i don't take unknown numbers call. low intrest in talking actually my friends are fed up with my tension in office so i can't talk to them on it any more.i thought of quiting the job but my financial condition doesn't allow me to do so.i also can't concentrate on work.i fear everything in office except the close 3 people.every one says that i am having a very low energy in office and even everywhere

My doc increased the dose of armodafinil (waklert) 50 to 100 mg after i told her that i felt sleepy from taking 50mg. Its been a while,i aint able to contact her. I feel sleepy n lethargic now,even though i take waklert 100 mg. I think ive developed tolerence to it. Should i increase it to 150 mg?because this lethargy and drowsiness affects my daily work n studies. Im not insomniac,just that i sleep late at night,take waklert at 8am,go back to sleep and get up at around 11am,but for the next 1 month,untill exams,i really need to study instead of being lethargic.i feel drowsier during the day than at night.

I am 29 year old i was suffering with anxiety from one n half year and vertigo too I was on medication for few months and now I slowly stopped taking medication and I was fine for fre days.I lost my father last months I got suffocated at that time and took clonazepam n etizolem propranolol for 3 days and after that from 2 days I was feeling my head spinning and blurry eyes and nervous without any reason should I start my medication again or can I control this.I still get rapid heart beat when I feel anxious. Is this only anxiety or do I have any other heart problems.I also have gastric after I started using anxiety medication I am still using med for gastric.iwas really confusing weather gastric is troubling me or psychiatric problem or any other

As advised by doctors I used Betacap tr 60 while feel very anxious and depressed. Due to continuous anxiety I sometimes feel high heart beat , depression. On that time doctors advised me to take Betacap tr 60 atleast minimum 7 days at a time and felt very relaxed to overcome this problem. It is not continuous but while I get overtensed then takes . Is there any problem will be infuture or if take on regular basis then would be any problem . Please advise ?

Hello, I'm currently experiencing weight gain due to antidepressants. Escitaloprám 10mg. Kindly please help. How can I reduce weight. Taking healthy diet, no junk food, exercising for 30 minutes but still weight gain.

I am asking in behalf of my friend .One person which her colleague in office is following on daily basis and telling to her that be my girlfriend without you cannot live He is acting as psyco.This is creating my friend mind disturbed . How to avoid that person from this and friend should be not think about this
