My wife has sudden fits of lonliness. Sometimes she feels that she wants to talk with someone but no one is there to talk to her. She says it eats her from within. We have asked her to indulge in several activities like reading etc. She starts and does it for some days but again the same case. We have consulted a pschychiatrist as well but things coming back always. Please advice.

He is not getting proper sleep .may be anxiety issue ...he is able to sleep in morning hrs only. He is preparing for IIT so under exam pressure

Hello sir/madam From last 7 months i have been suffering from anxiety and insomnia. How it started when me and my cousins were checking with blood pressure monitor when i checked bp myself it shows 150/90 and than scared 😱 for that and i feared alot and i started googling symptoms which make me scared on that day i didn't sleep whole night and again after morning i check bp showing 140/95 again i scared than i consulted to physician he gave me CIPLAR and SERANACE tablets i take it for a month but it doesn't worked and than i consulted to cardiologist he prescribed me some tests like ECG,RENAL DOPPLER,LIPID PROFILE AND BLOOD TEST..ETC which are all normal after that im struggling to sleep from last 7 months my mind keeps racing when i fall on pillow and in that past 7 monts im feared about death and can't sleep at night PLEASE HELP 🙏

Hi, I started my medicine in oct 2021. I came to know one of the reason for Schizophrenia is lack of vitamin D. I started vitamin D supplement and I heard a voice. That was the second last time I heard a voice, but this voice said "this is not real", after this i started counselling and with the help of counselling i was able to pin point the situation where I started problem in my thought process. After identifying this point my mind has been rewiring. I wanted to know if I have now cured of Schizophrenia or can stop medication.

My mind seems hyperactive...no relaxation...i m taking antidepressants from long time...will medicine help me to recover back?

Ith has started like for about 1 years now it has reached peak .I can't connect with anyone and i can't understand if they are all against me or hate me and they all talk behind my back or if it because I have bad attitude , i overthink everything and now I cannot live

Not happy with how it going, history falls under medical side. Family problems, employment issue, marriage, financial.

I was earlier diagnosed pgi chd doc ocd as i had tics insomania anxiety after 6 months i had a manic episode then diagnosed with bipolar disorder.My question is why there is ambiguty in diagnosis??

Symptoms of ocd and bipolar are quite similar without mania making diagnosis tough for a doctor?? Ocd can cause tics insomania repetitive wordss depression anxiety

I'm continuously overthinking I'm trying to meditate but still not working, always getting negative thoughts in mind , facing anxiety problem not able to focus loosing self confidence. But somewhere I still believe I can do it it's just these thinking that are pulling me back.
