Hello doc From past 2 months from March after i went to funeral of my relative , from the day then I was slowly become anxious and no proper sleep due to fear suddenly I feel everything was unreal even my home and nd surroundings family members always have this obsessions over going crazy or developing some sort of serious illness like psychosis or schizophrenia.. and i was always in a loop of testing reality and worrying whether if everything is like past me or am I losing my personality slowly these thoughts are causing me extreme fear and I feel spacy all the time and disconnected from my sense of self and foggy kind of mind and these weird scary existential thoughts are constantly popping inside my head I am very scared that I may develop serious illness and googling my symptoms in order to get reassurance.. i can't understand whether these are feelings or I'm going crazy really.. everything feels like a dream literally. pls I'm scared to tell this to my parents anyone guide me.

U seem to be going through a stressful period and the symptoms could be an Anxiety spectrum disorder... Do not Google and get even more tensed.. Consult a Psychiatrist who will be able to help you..
