Feeling of negativity, fear of mind
Dear sir, at first I had GERD problem so I took endoscopy to confirm result came has GERD. Then later I feeling like swelling in posterior part of neck. So I took ultrasound result came has small cervical lymph node less than 1cm. After that I got fear so took MRI neck because of little pain. Result came has lymph node enlarge of 1.3cm. doctor said no need of fnac. But for past 5 to 6 months I'm feeling like I have cancer, lymphoma, because of swelling. I used to touch and feel like that. I can't able to concentrate on anything always fearing of future like what will happen if I have cancer. I'm getting fear to visit doctor. What he will say to do like biopsy. I'm thinking like I will die soon. my life has gone. Right now I don't know whom should I see. I'm crying literally. I also attach my report. Thanks

Please go meet a physician to rule out any abnormalities leading to the enlargement of lymph nodes. But as you said that your doctor has told you that FNAC is not required, it seems you are getting worried about the swelling. If the anxiety is preventing you to do your day to day activities please visit a psychologist or a psychiatrist for relief from anxiety associated with the swelling.
Next Steps
