Negative feeling and some chest pain

Asked for Male, 32 Years

So much negativity comes in my mind everytime. Always thinks that I will have heart problem. One year ago I did all tests like ECG, tmt, troponin t, echo etc and all tests came normal. I am also taking medicines like paroxetine, amusulpride etc.

I am hoping these meds were started by a psychologist and you are in regular follow up with your treating psychiatrist. Discuss your problems in detail with the psychiatrist. Also you can go for psychotherapy and take help from qualified psychologists along with the meds.
