Hello sir/madam I m suffering from anxiety and insomnia from the past 7 months and yesterday i consulted to neuro psychiatrist and he gave me OLITOP 0.25 & LEXCITA C at night and SOLOPSE 0.25 at morning for 1 month. Toda i have consumed this tablets for 1st time im feeling very tired drowsiness and sleepy.  what should i do can i continue or discontinue ?

I have this where i think i have fertility issue i have no report i m not married i m already under ocdic medication. Primary infertility unable to conceive even after 1 year.is this right

I have anxiety nd panic attacks so i visit a psychiatrist he prescribed sertralin 25 mg with escitalpram 10mg + clonazepam .25 mg then after 10 days he prescribed sertralin 50mg and escitalaprom 10 mg clonazepam.50 mg after 20 days now he prescribed sertralin 75 mg with escitalpram 10mg +clonazepam.50 mg now I am in 7 day of sertralin 75 mg ,i feel increased anxiety and agitation waking up with anxiety at morning how long it ll go this side effects ?or change in medicine needed? Pls guide me
