Hi Doctors I have work related stress for more than 2 years. Im always want to be perfect and also expecting same from others also too aggressive I could not able to mange the situation. Kindly suggest how to overcome. Also having chest tightness when I become over anxious and work doesn't happen. Kindly help

My mind is pulling head muscles to make shape of U or D. My head muscles are pulling too much .I cant keep my head nerves or muscles relaxed.They are taking shape of random alphabets. I m in deep trouble . I feel there is someone else acting inside me on my behalf and i am overseeing as third person . It is real . This thing intensifies when I face mirror or isolation .

After a past choking incident I have become very afraid to eat food since I keep on thinking about being choked again. I have developed great fear of eating and my appetite has reduced. I feel like there's something stuck in my throat. I get super anxious while when I have to eat. Pls suggest!
