I have been given nexito plus drug by doctor in long run can it damage body organs and is there any alternative of it with lesser side effects .And how I lead normal life without drugs .Symompts are anxiety , worry , unable to sleep in night thoughts goes on in mind

I am suffering with psychological pain in overall body I dont know what is it in my body but i cant get rid of it I have analysed everything like i am having anxiety or stress or any other issue but ****I am Mentally and Physically Fit and Fine**** I dont know how to deal with it It just stays anyhow and doesn't go by itself This have frustrated me Cant define how it feels Exactly dont know is it a Real pain or not It sometimes occurs if i come in contact with injury or any other pain in body My mind gets stuck in that small and negligible injury I sometimes cant moves my hands legs my neck I get afraid to move them if i start moving them then pain gets worsen. Please help what is it and how to get rid of it It interfering with my daily life a lot cant go to gym and do exercise or any other work before this i was able to do everything freely and having fun in my life but this slowly started and getting worsen.
