Please please don't rely on any kind of medicine. They have so many side effects which little by little in future they appear.
Depression is because of some grief/ traumatic event in life and without finishing this grief, you never can feel better. The reason of grief and sadness never cured with medicine. Medicine can only decreased some symptoms only and after that side effects...
