I am purposefully creating thoughts in my mind.Now I can't get rid of it or stop it .I am this medication Fluvoxamine 50mg Aripiprazole 2.5mg

My psychiatrist didn't listen to my problem well as I have OCD and Panic disorder also I am going through tough situation financially and my relatives are constantly saying that I am insane and also asking why I can't find a job and joking about it all the time. I have obsessive thoughts too about GOD and sometimes I feel like ending my life but it's all due to the situation when I am surrounded by such people I used to live with my parents but now with relatives why prescribe me medicines for Bipolar Disorder?

All kind of phobias he have. No energy to do any task ,difficulty in understanding any thing different or new task.does not like being in crowds, very good behaviour for one day rest days extremely bad behaviour. Severe anxiety sweats, uses one soap a day OCD, either working or sleeping, distorted body movements, temper tantrums , murmerring,knodding head, always blaming others, taking advantage of religious beliefs not accepting any kind of health issue, crying in sleep ,hands shivers when he yells , doesn't drive or ride, but good at his official work.how would i know if he is suffering from autism and bipolar? He is not ready to go to a psychiatrist or counsellor.

My nephews has these symptoms 1. Inattention- Inability to sit for a period of more than 5 mins for what so ever reason it be. 2. Inability to concenterate 3.Does not seem to listen 4.Does not follow instruction 5. is hyperactive and impulsive 6. Fidgety throw a rage fit every now and then. 7. Is always in the go 8. Talks with himself 9. Has difficulty in making friends and is not social. He is 9 years of age and is behind in studies Can this be treated. Which doctor to consult

Hello All, my name is jagadish 26yrs,last year I got covid and after that I got anxiety / panic attack recently am unable to sleep properly and in sleep am waking up with palpitations so recently I visited one doctor and he advised me to take petril beta 10mg for sometime,here my doubt is that if I use petril for sometime can I stop after sometime means after I get to normal or else by stopping petril will leads to any problems ,plz help me with the correct resolution, hoping for quick and positive response. NOTE: CAN WE USE PETRIL BETA 10MG ONLY FOR SOMETIME OR IT IS ADDICTABLE TABLET

Hello, most of the times I feel okay, however at times I feel as if I can't breathe, however Oxygen is usually 97-99 pulse often goes up too 100+, but on average its 89.5. BP average is 125/78. I drink alcohol for stress even tho ik it's wrong.. can someone plz help me
