Does Antidepressants work in paresthesia anxiety. ..like tingling, stabbing . anxiety symptom feel like diabetes neuropathy

I am a research scholar in my fourth year. I am having anxiety issues and lack of self confidence. Always having the fear that whether l would be able to complete my research work or l will be a dropout. This is affecting me personally and right now l am not able to do any work.

I am in a relationship we were happy recently I even met his family but all of sudden I don't know what I am going through I am getting depressed about small Small thing's he is giving some attention to his brother's wife (there is nothing between them) but I am unable to take it.. I am getting angry frustration and I am getting suicidal thoughts. I don't know what's wrong with me and I have no friends in my professional life I am feeling alone there also.. But I can't loose my boyfriend I can't be without him and I don't know what's wrong with me.. could you please tell what I am supposed to do?

I feel like I am being weighed down while i am asleep. I try so hard to wake up and get out of that feeling but it takes a while to get out of it. It feels like a numbing feeling. Can someone explain what it might be? Because i feel very uneasy and scared when i get out of it.

Me and girlfriend are fighting every day I feel like I don't deserve this life after fighting we are okay and happy but whatever I thinks fighting always comes and she becomes very sad overact and angry in her family with my name how to stop our fight ? is there any methods  i really afraid that's why

Hello I was having panic disorder for around 2 years. I got treatment this year on February, got 2 medicines ascitaloptam and clomipramine hydrochloride for 2 month. Then continue taking escitaloptam 10 mg, so now its around 7-10 days sometimes i feel dnt well. So, what could be the reason ? How can I cure for ever ?

I was advised to take Lonazep MD 0.25 for my anxiety and insomnia after covid. I have been taking it since last 6 mths. Now I am doing ayurvedic treatment and want to leave Lonazep. Please tell how to stop Lonazep. Thank you.

Hello Doctors, My sister has been diagnosed with BDD. She seems to be suffering from it for almost 8 years. Negligence led to late diagnosis and we have started medications- Nexito 10mg and Lonazep 0.5 mg - daily before sleep for 2 months. We consulted at Nimhans. What else can be done to recover quickly from this terrible mental illness?Talking to patient is of no use. This has wreaked a havoc in my family. Please help. I read exercise and sunlight boosts serotonin. Any other advise ?

I have anxiety from 2019 when I go outside always I feel Nervousness some how I managed for 2021.. i was into any medication in 2012 May I had corona 50 percent lung infection admitted to hospital and discharges with in a week.. and exactly one month on June i have got bad seizures i fall down with in consciousness with hand and leg twisting and admitted to hospital doctor told it is seizures (fits) but first time no need medication and after that my anxiety become severe.. i took homeopathy treatment for 4 months slightly i was ok.. but still when ever i go out i always i may get seizures and getting like head jerk feeling sometimes which i same like seizures for 2 seconds.. but I did not get seizures till this time it's almost 1 year.. what to do for this severe anxiety i. Very much fear of taking anxiety medicines as my friends tells that it is very harmfull to body and brain and as lot of side effects kindly suggest how to manage wil anxiety medication work homepathy not working
